Ηλιακοί Θερμοσίφωνες

• The steel boiler is manufactured by an automatic procedure, without the intervention of the human factor, with high precision tolerances achieved by special mechanical equipment.  Internally it is covered by a special, high-quality glass coating (DURO-GLASS) which is a result of long-term tests performed by ELCO.
• In addition, the special glazing method with the use of vacuum technology, applied exclusively by ELCO, ensures complete and uniform protection of the boiler.

Thanks to the new copper selective collectors CS Full-Plate BLUE TITANIUM, ELCO SOL-TECH solar water heaters maximize the performance of even the weakest solar radiation because they have:

• Level of solar energy absorption: 95%
• 10% higher average annual energy efficiency than common collectors
• 16% higher energy efficiency during the winter and autumn months
• Achieving more than double the temperatures than common collectors can achieve

Result: Hot water even on... cloudy days.

Also the thick rock-wool insulation blanket minimizes the collector's thermal losses while the special Safety Tempered Glass of low iron content and high solar transparency (τ=92%) increases the collector's performance.

The new ELCO SOL-TECH S2 & ELCO XR solar water heaters serve as a model of safety and security. The closed circuit with the special thermal fluid at a ratio of 40% thermal fluid & 60% water, completerly protects from frost, from overheating, salt deposits and oxidations, maintaining the system's maximum performance.
