In case it is not possible for an authorized technician to visit your premises and have the appliance repaired on the spot, you will need to send us a request for approval, to have your appliance transported to our premises for checking and repair.

Electric Water Heaters

a) Not enough thermal fluid in the closed circuit
b) Wrong positioning of the solar set
